Banquet is adding to their product selection by offering fruit pies. They are a natural extension of the brand - from pot pies filled with meat and veggies to fruit pies isn't a huge stretch.
The pies are sold for about $1 and are fairly widely available. You can go to the "where to buy" section of the Banquet.com website and look it up, but you should be able to find them in most markets. They come in three popular pie flavors - apple, cherry berry, and peach. I don't really like peach in general, and I like cherries just fine, but I absolutely love apple. Warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream is delightful.
Banquet fruit pies are very easy to prepare - just pop in the oven until they're done! They also taste great, and are a good option for people who want to have fresh-baked pies without having to make the crust and fill the pie. They aren't overly sweet, and at 370 calories, they are much more satisfying than a candy bar with a similar amount of calories. Plus, they're big enough to be split in half.
This was a very delicious product to review, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to review it!
