Healthy Habits: Blood Pressure

Did you know that you can lower your blood pressure just with a tennis ball? Squeeze it for 2 minutes, rest, and repeat 4 times. People who did this on a regular basis were able to lower their blood pressure as long as they kept it up (although it crept up when they stopped).
