World Wisdom: Boiling Water

Make sure to put the lid on the pot when you're boiling water or doing other cooking to conserve the heat. Sometimes this will make extra steam condense back in. For the last few minutes, take the lid back off. Or add a little less water to whatever you're cooking, then add more in later if it's cooking too dry.
