Here's a fun way to reduce clutter. Have a lost and found box or "penalty box" for clutter or things that don't get put away at the end of the night. In order to get the item out, the penalty must be paid (a specific chore, a silly action, or a nickel or some other small amount that's saved up for a family treat).
