Consumer Critique: Babytime! Nurturing Balm and Active Repair

If you're a parent of older children, you might have stopped looking in the baby or kids aisle for personal care products. However, it's worth taking another look - often those products are formulated to be gentler on skin and contain fewer additives or potential allergens.

Most kids play sports, whether it's organized or just for fun - or even if it's just playing on the playground. That means kids aren't immune from cracked skin (especially when it gets dry), blisters, or callouses. I had a chance to try out Babytime! Nurturing Balm and Active Repair. The Balm uses sing, tea trea oil and organic calendula to battle bacteria and seal out wetness while pure aloe vera and calendula extracts promote healing and minimize redness. The Active Repair cream uses 95% organic ingredients such as calendula, zinc and ceramides that help protect reduces itching and overall irritation.

In Minnesota, it's gotten dry already, and cracks have started to show up, especially on knuckles, for my family. Sometimes when we try just regular lotions, it can sting and irritate the broken skin. We didn't have any of that issue with these Babytime! products. It definitely promoted healing and helped minimize irritation for my kids, as well as my husband and myself.
