Soul Sustenance: The Daily Question

I recently had a chance to review The Daily Question. This is a really good book for anyone who likes the idea of spending time in reflection, but doesn't have a lot of time to do so.

The book is a five-year journal - each question has space for five answers, one for each year. It's a really intriguing way to be able to look back at previous years to see how answers have changed - or how they've stayed the same. I flipped through and looked ahead, and really enjoyed the variety of questions. Some related to God, some to others, some to self. Some definitely leaned positive, others more contemplative, and others fairly neutral. All of them are open-ended, and while they wouldn't all be incredibly easy to answer, there's also no wrong answer and no pressure if there's not a clear response.

This book would make a good gift for anyone who likes journaling or spending a few minutes of quiet meditation each day.
