Mealtime Magic: The Juicy Green Detoxifying and Pre/Post-Workout Smoothie

Recipe courtesy of Deckopedia's Super Smoothies.

1 small bunch green grapes (stems removed)
1/2 lime (peeled)
2 kiwis (peeled)
1 packed cup baby spinach
6 leaves fresh mint
1 cup coconutwater
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup ice

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

Kate's tip: Swap fresh mint for fresh basil or parsley for a unique twist!
