Consumer Critique: Whaddyaluv Chocolate

I recently had the chance to sample some decadent 75% chocolate from chocolatier Garrett Anderson - Whaddyaluv Chocolate. Normally I don't always like super dark chocolate, but this was good. It wasn't too bitter, and had a great melting point. It was also delicious grated on top of dessert!

The cocoa beans are sourced from Anderson's family-owned farms in Ecuador and can be traced from farm to bean to bar. The products are GF, Vegan, and all-natural. The packaging is an intricate origami pattern with a note to share what you love with someone you cherish.

You can find the bars online, or at Garrett's Spruce0132 on 3rd St in LA.
