Consumer Critique: Date Night In Box

My husband and I love to have time together, but it's a challenge with our busy schedules, limited budget, and kids. I was excited to try out the Date Night In Box. I figured, if nothing else, it would shake things up a bit.

Everything in the box was great - except the tea (we aren't big tea drinkers). The box was packaged with a card that described how to use each item, and although we didn't both use everything, it was still a lot of fun - and will take more than one night to use!

Our box came with two packets of tea and two disposable cups (not necessary, but a fun little touch). It had a great recipe, massage oil, a washcloth, a face mask and exfoliating pad, lip scrub, a custom playlist available on the website, and a biscotti to share. My husband won't use the lip scrub or face mask, but the massage oil was awesome for both of us, the playlist helped set a nice romantic mood, the biscotti was tasty, and the face mask and lip scrub made my face feel great! The recipe was a special meal that didn't really take that long to prepare, and was delicious.

You can see what's inside on the website for select boxes, and right now you can get one free with code ONEFREE when you subscribe. At $34.99 (it goes down to $31.67 with a 12-month subscription) it is way cheaper than going out, especially if you have to pay a sitter!
