How it works: Willow has partnered with Healthy Baby Essentials, a licensed durable medical equipment distributor (DME) to power this feature, covering a broad variety of plans. Mom will access the feature via the Willow site (insurance.willowpump.com), where she will enter her insurance plan information and required documentation. Willow’s partner will take care of confirming her coverage with her insurer and completing mom’s order.  Mom’s pump ships directly from Willow.
