Consumer Critique: Allergy-Friendly Lunchbox Snacks

About 32 million Americans suffer from food allergies, and there are thousands of visits per year due to those allergies. I had a chance to review a variety of women-owned, allergy-friendly snacks. They're great for families with or without food allergies!

Without a Trace Foods are free from the top eight allergens and developed by a mom whose children have severe food allergies. The snacks are plant-based and include cookies and granola bars.
All Clean Food makes organic boxed meals that are free of the top fourteen allergens. They're plant-based and non-GMO, with four flavor options (taco, creamy garlic, savory Italian, and porcini mushroom).
Undercover Snacks are non-GMO, gluten-free, and made with Rain Forest Alliance Certified chocolate. They use crispy quinoa to add a satisfying crunchy texture. They're GF and Kosher, and contain healthy protein, fiber, and nutrients.
Kubeba Life protein bars contain 5 grams of fiber and 12-13 grams of plant-based protein. They are free of the top 8 allergens, and are non-GMO and Vegan. The delicious flavors include cinnamon fig, salted fudge, and blueberry ginger.
Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Cookie and Cake Mixes are easy to use with kid-friendly flavors. The name comes from what they're free of: Grain, Additives, Nightshade, Gluten, Soy and Legume, Tree-nut and Seeds, Egg and Dairy, and Refined Sugar. But they definitely aren't free of flavor!

Finally, when you're on the go, it's good to have a way to clean up afterwards. Handzies individually packed wipes clean hands with castile soap, water, and essential oils. They contains no alcohol, BZK, triclosan, artificial perfumes or dies. They are also compostable and biodegradable.
