My family loves board games - when my husband and I were first married we played a lot of Scrabble, and I grew up playing Scrabble and UpWords. I love other word-based games, too, so I was excited to try out WordSnap. WordSnap is a recent recipient of the ‘2024 Top Summer Toy’ award from The Toy Insider. One thing that's great about this game is that there's no specific game board. The tiles are octagons, which allow for horizontal, vertical, and diagonal word-building. It's easy to bring along on vacation, since the tin is pretty small, and it was also a game that our whole family can enjoy. No one to play with? That's ok, the game can be played solo as well.If you like games like Bananagram or doing crossword puzzles, this is a fun game. It also makes a great gift for the word-puzzle-lovers in your life!
