Why was this created? I needed a better, more streamlined solution for carrying hand sanitizer. Something that allowed my family and I to instantly sanitize at any time at the press of my fingers, quickly and efficiently.
What makes it better than carrying around a bottle of sanitizer? Instead of carrying a bottle in a purse or pocket, HandiGuru allows you to carry hand sanitizer on your wrist for instant sanitizing. It allows us to avoid contaminating our purse or pockets trying to grab bottles of sanitizer. It’s also a much faster solution to sanitizing and becomes second nature to simply squeeze when needed.
How do you juggle launching a new product with being a parent? I’m not sure if I’ve figured that out yet! Our boys are a great R&D solution, so getting them involved helps. They are one of the main reasons I developed this product. I wanted to keep us safe from the elements when out and about. So even though it’s a juggle with kids there is an underlying motivation to make this happen for not only us as a family but those wanting a better solution for sanitizing.
How do you make sure to promote good hygiene with your kids when you're on the road? Our mantra is ‘Wash hands, wash hands, wash hands!!’ When there’s nowhere to wash.. “ Sanitize, sanitize, sanitize!!”
Repetition is key and our boys are really good at keeping clean when out and about (..this was not an overnight success! A lot of reminding is still involved.) Having a HandiGuru on their wrists that they see all the time also helps and it is a fun enjoyable way to sanitize for them.
