My mom made these this weekend for a picnic.
Unroll one package of crescent rolls and put on bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread with a mix of 2 packages of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla (can use almond extract as well). Dump pie filling across the pan - any flavor, and any amount depending on how thick you want it. Top with more crescent rolls. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
