Thrifty Thursday: Company Feedback

Providing feedback to companies is a great way to save money. Many companies have email contact forms, or addresses, posted on their website you can use to provide relevant information. These companies will often send you coupons - sometimes for free products - in response.

Now, this should only be used honestly. However, if you have a legitimate comment, definitely share it!

Example: My husband and I recently bought Pop-Tarts. We each had a package from the same box where a good chunk of the corner was broken off - and missing. It hadn't broken in the package, it had broken before being packaged. I emailed Kellogg's, who responded with a modified form letter about product quality and such, and also the promise that we would be receiving some coupons within 7-10 days.

So, share that product feedback, especially if things aren't quite up to the standard you think they should be!
