The weekly review is where I showcase my week's progress. This will not detail everything we do to save money. For example, using low-volume garbage service saves us $2/week, only having one car saves us about $75/month in insurance and maintenance costs, and cloth diapers save us about $10/week. These are just included in "regular" savings. We also keep our thermostat low and use CFL bulbs, which aren't mentioned at all.
What may be of greater interest to you are the things that change. The shopping savings are an example of what you can save if you're careful. I also highlight my earnings from survey sites, online sales, blogging, and more.
