Have you heard of Zwaggle? It's a website similar to Craiglist and Freepeats, in that you can swap stuff. There's a little bit of a measure of accountability; members set the number of Zoints, and when you receive the item and accept it, then they get their Zoints. You need to use your Zoints to get stuff, but there's never cash involved (except for the actual shipping, but you can look for things in your area for pickup too).
