Send Earnings is a paid-to-click/paid-to-read site. You get emails from advertisers and are credited for clicking the link (about $0.02 each). You can also complete surveys and offers for more cash. It doesn't add up very quickly without doing the offers, but it also doesn't take much time at all. You can earn a quarter or 50 cents for a 2-3 minute survey.
