Thrifty Thursday: Comparison Shopping

Set aside one day to comparison shop for things like insurance, cable, and phone bills. Many places you can now do all the research online. There are a lot of reputable insurance companies out there, and you just might be able to save hundreds of dollars a year for switching (make sure you have your current policy available to get an equivalent policy; don't save money buy getting insurance that won't meet your needs).
