We-Care.com is an online shopping/saving site with a little bit different tack - they help you donate money as well. You can select your cause, and shop through one of 900 or so popular online merchants. Some of them have special discounts through We Care, and when you shop through the site, a portion of the proceeds are automatically funneled back to the cause you chose.
Donation amounts vary from 0.5% to 20% and merchants range from ones I've never heard of to common ones.
If you want to shop with a cause, check the site out. Unlike the rebate sites, you won't get the money, but you'll get the satisfaction of knowing you helped a good cause - and saved money while doing it.
