Found in Family Fun magazine.
Take a large ball, and stick strips of masking tape in various places around it. Write instructions for throwing and catching, such as "backwards" or "while hopping on one leg." Play catch, and whoever catches the ball needs to do the instruction under their hand (one or the other) while they are throwing and catching the next time.
