HCD Surveys is a site that I'm relatively new to, but I've enjoyed so far. The surveys often include video clips to watch and rate. For example, I've seen clips from several Obama speeches and asked to rate them on believability and other factors; I've also seen clips from American Idol and asked to rate the singers and the judges. Surveys don't come really often (about 3 or so a month), and they pay between 50 and 100 points for the most part. They usually take about 3-5 minutes to complete, which means it works out to $6-20/hour (depending on how fast you take surveys).
