Website Spotlight: Hilton Branson

I've never actually visited Missouri, and my only previous impressions were that Branson was for old people going to concerts based off of the tours that they used to do through a local travel agency. However, a friend of mine just took a vacation to Branson and loved it. Branson really has a lot to offer a lot of people - families, couples, seniors, etc.

One special event coming up at the HIlton Branson Convention Center is a Cooking Weekend on the 16th and 17th. This weekend (designed for couples of legal drinking age) includes deluxe rooms at the hotel, wine tasting reception with appetizers, a four-course dinner, and two cooking demos. This hotel also offers a golf package, a romance package, a Silver Dollar City package, and much more. Right across the street is the Hilton Promenade, which offers similar packages as well.

Branson has much more to offer than shows. There are three amusement parks, Silver Dollar City (a historical attraction set in the 1800s), as well as White Water water park. There are a variety of lakes, mountains, trails, and caves to explore in the area. And, of course, there are shows at one of the 50+ venues in the area.
