Healthy Habits: Home Remedies

Here are some make-your-own health ideas from Better Homes and Gardens.

For a sore throat, gargle with hot water mixed with 1T vinegar and 1T honey.

Use honey on minor burns.

...and a tip from Parenting Magazine: Apply a paste of sugar and water to a wound, then rinse after a minute or two, dry, and cover.
