SchoolTube (like YouTube for schools) and Clorox are hosting a contest to help raise awareness for flu prevention. To enter, your child needs to download the lyrics and then create a video that includes his or her teacher (and other students if desired).
One neat thing: for each entry, Clorox will donate $100 (up to $10,000) to the Sophia's Heart Foundation, a founded by Danny Gokey in honor of his late wife, Sophia. It's dedicated to helping children gain academic success through training in music, and helping kids achieve musical dreams.
For more details and tips on flu prevention visit Clorox's Facebook page.
Contests will be judged on creativity and quality, introduction, and incorporation of faculty member/teacher. Deadline is March 4th. Grand prize is having Danny Gokey come and lead a music class at your child's school.
