Global Test Market is a survey site that provides frequent opportunities for both points-earning surveys (about 30-40 points each) and sweepstakes entries. The surveys usually take me less than 5 minutes. 1000 points is worth $10, so it doesn't work out to a lot of money per hour (for me it works out to about $6-8/hour), but if you're a fast reader and are good at getting through surveys quickly, it can be worth your while.
