Mealtime Magic: Healthy Habits Part 2

- If you're traveling, opt for hotels with mini-fridges. Bringing your own food can save you a lot of money and help you eat healthy.
- Don't be afraid to be picky in a restaurant (within reason). Ask for things like cheeses or sour cream to be left off of a dish, and opt for healthier sides.
- If you're cooking for a potluck or party, do veggie-friendly or fruit-filled dishes. They're a nice change from the typical meat- and carb-based casseroles.
