World Wisdom: No-Cook Cooking

Try no-cook cooking once a week (or as often as you can). Eat food in its raw form (and no, I don't mean meats). Try canned tuna or chicken if you need meat, or use leftover cooked chicken or turkey, but focus on raw veggies, fruits, and non-meat protein like cheeses and nuts. You'll enjoy a very healthy meal and save energy.
