I was asked to highlight Bonnet Blankies. I think they're adorable. There's a really sweet story behind the creation of the product, involving sewing the t-shirts of a beloved uncle into blankets. Beyond the story, though, they're adorable! They're designed to be blankets that can be worn on the head, so kids who like to have their blankets with them can just wear them instead. Unfortunately there are only two styles to choose from right now, but they sure are cute!
The creator is trying to make a lasting legacy out of the tragedy that inspired the blankets. A portion of proceeds from the sale of Bonnet Blankies will be donated to the Cincinnati Shriners Hospital for Children™. In addition, they have donated some Bonnet Blankies to the hematology and oncology unit of the hospital (pictured above).
