Consumer Critique: Good Earth Dinner Kit (and giveaway)

I recently had an opportunity through My BlogSpark to try out new Good Earth dry dinner kits. They are a nice, high-quality version of dry dinner kits (where you add the meat). The version I received was Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta, and instead of just mixing everything together, I actually needed to coat the chicken first, then cook it and add the other ingredients. It takes less than a half hour, and the varieties offered are a little more out of the ordinary: Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta, Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto and Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta. I'm really looking forward to finding the citrus version and trying that out. It makes it much easier than trying to have the right combination of ingredients on hand. As a bonus, they are healthy: each kit is 100% whole grain, no trans fat, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, no MSG.

They've also offered to sponsor a giveaway, which includes everything I received: a Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken dry dinner kit, two sets of bamboo flatware, two bamboo dishes, a bamboo utility board and a 100% recyclable grocery tote (all of which were very nice looking).

To enter, post your quick go-to meal solution.
