I'm trying to bring this back - hopefully it will be more regular now.
Are you feeling drained more than you are energized by your daily life? It can be easy to get caught up in what has to be done and miss out on really living deeply. To help make sure you don't need to refresh your outlook and change your priorities, ask yourself these questions. Sometimes just focusing on what you do have around you will help make you feel much better about your life.
Do you have a network of supportive friends and family members?
Do you do something personally fulfilling each day?
Do you spend time on things that are really your priorities?
If you feel like you really are just existing, and not living, make an effort to just do two things every day: help someone else, and express gratitude. That might be enough to shift your focus away from what you don't have, and to what you do have.
