We love tortillas at our house. We use them in appetizers, quick meals, full out dinners, and desserts. Mission tortillas are one of the brands we use most often, since they're good quality at a low price and easy to find.
One of the easiest things we do with tortillas is spread them with pie filling and microwave briefly. It's a really easy dessert for a change. You can also use them to make sandwich roll-ups, and much more, in addition to the standard taco uses.
If you're creative with the use of tortillas, then Mission has a contest for you!
