World Wisdom: No-Waste Veggies

Most of us grow up eating only the crowns of broccoli and cauliflower, or the stalks of celery. But did you know you can eat much more than that? The stems of broccoli and cauliflower can be cut up into salads, and the greens of root vegetables and celery can also be eaten.
