Mealtime Magic: PMS

Here are some foods to eat to help ease your PMS symptoms.

Make sure you're getting enough magnesium all month long. Find it in potatoes, peanuts, spinach, beans, and almonds.
Eat bananas, whole grain foods, oatmeal, peanut butter, and eggs, which contain vitamin B6. This vitamin spurs dopamine production, which helps regulate mood.
Calcium can improve mood swings and bloating. Be sure to get enough dairy to help alleviate PMS!
