Mealtime Magic: Yogurt

Yogurt is very versatile. This healthy dairy product can be used in desserts, meals, and drinks. Here are a few ideas - great if your kid doesn't like drinking milk!

- Spread on a bagel or toasted English muffin and top with fruit.
- Mix with milk and frozen fruit (top with granola and frozen fruit if desired).
- Make a parfait by layering yogurt with fruit and granola.
- Mix plain yogurt with minced cucumbers and dill to taste for a cracker dip.
- Mix plain or vanilla yogurt with cream cheese and honey for fruit dip.
- Mix plain yogurt with chicken breast and diced celery or apples for a great sandwich spread.
- Mix plain yogurt with vinegar, mayonnaise, and sugar for a coleslaw dressing.
