Healthy Habits: Sweet Treats
Try a few tips to keep sweet treats in moderation. You don't want to ban them entirely, or your kids might binge when the opportunity is presented. Instead, try a "one-sweet-a-day" rule (you can also include some breakfast foods that are really sugary in this amount), a "desserts only at dinner" rule, or a rule that if kids want to eat a sweet, they need to eat a fruit or vegetable first.
