Healthy Habits: Pick-Me-Ups
Need some quick energy boosters? Try eating an orange, since the citrusy scent can increase energy (and it's healthy, too). Take 30 seconds to do some deep breathing, and try giving yourself a foot massage by rubbing one heel against the other sole, activating an acupressure point (and it makes your feet feel good, too). Try to do 5 minutes with each foot - you can do this while you're chatting on the phone or answering email (or eating that orange)!
