Healthy Habits: Dry Skin

Is the winter taking its toll on your skin? Try these tricks. For chapped lips, mix 1 tablespoon of sugar, baking soda, and water together and rub on your lips. Let sit for a minute or so before wiping off. For itchy, dry skin, soak a wash cloth in a boll with one cup milk and three cups cold water. Leave on skin for 15-20 minutes. For hands, rub a teaspoon of olive oil into the skin, then wrap hands in a warm washcloth for 10 minutes.
