Parenting Pointers: Worry

If you find yourself worrying, try making a list and dividing them into ones you can affect, and ones you can't. Work on changing the ones you can, and keep track of the ones you can't - to see if, after a few weeks, they really were worth worrying about. Or try having a worry jar or worry tree that you put your worries on or in. Visualize mentally crossing off the worries, or visualize a happy ending to them.
