Healthy Habits: Family Fitness

- Be active as a family. If you're active and enjoy it, your kids are more likely to enjoy it as well.
- Fitness doesn't just have to be "working out." Mini golf, a nature scavenger hunt, or a quick bike race are all fun ways to be active.
- Dance! Younger kids won't think you look goofy - and they'll look even goofier, trust me!
