Parenting Pointers: Windows

We've all heard the tip about using newsprint instead of paper towels to clean glass (microfiber and flour sack towels work well too). To really make your window cleaning effective, though, remember these two tips: don't wash the glass when it's too hot (if it's hot to the touch, wait until the next day), and dust or hose off windows (depending if you're inside or outside) to get rid of any big dirt before you use the cleaning solution.
