Soul Sustenance: Take Ten

This week, take ten minutes each day to do something to help refocus and improve your mood. Try any of these tips!

- Spend time on an enjoyable hobby (preferably without screen time) like gardening, music, crafts, or scrapbooking.
- Meditate, pray, focus on deep breathing, or listen to relaxing music.
- Focus on the blessings in your life.
- Give a normally unpleasant chore your whole attention, and do it with pride.
