Throwing a birthday party and want to use the number as a theme, but don't want to buy more expensive number candles or decorations? Try cutting a cardboard stencil and using it to put the number in sprinkles on the cake, or arrange the cupcakes in number shape. Balloons or plain birthday candles can be arranged in order too.
