World Wisdom: Save Our Skins

EarthJustice, a non-profit public interest law firm, launched Save Our Skins this week. It's dedicated to combating Congress proposals that pose a threat to the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The site provides a Twitter feed in the voices of endangered animals - an interesting read into their daily lives. You can read updates from a mother polar bear, a gray wolf, and a salmon. They also want to send 37,000 letters this week to Congress, and have made it easy to do so with a pre-written letter (or ideas to write your own). You can also share your efforts on Twitter.
