Mealtime Magic: Mini Jell-O salads

This is a really fun way to serve Jell-O. Boil water (add some fruit juice if desired) and dissolve gelatin. Stir in chopped fruits and nuts. Then, spoon into muffin tins. When it sets, you'll cute little portions of Jell-O salad!
