Healthy Habits: DIY Foot Massage
Do your feet hurt after a lot of walking or standing? A tennis ball can give you a great massage. While seated or standing, roll a tennis ball back and forth under the arch of your foot. Put the ball right in the middle of the arch and curl your toes and feet over the ball, then stretch up and spread your toes. Find the most sore spots and briefly press them into the tennis ball, and then roll back and forth again. Switch and repeat with the other foot.
