Healthy Habits: Hot Weather Workout

Do you find it really hard to work out when it gets hot? Get yourself cold first. It lowers your internal temperature, which can increase your endurance by up to 14 percent, according to several studies. Try freezing a wet towel and then draping it around your neck, or drink really cold ice water (it's even more effective if it's a really cold sweet drink like lemonade or something else with some sugar).
