Healthy Habits: Toddler Snacks

Did you know that most toddlers need between 1000 and 1400 calories a day? That's actually not that much less than the average adult woman who has only a moderate activity level. So if your little one says he or she is hungry, don't feel bad about giving him or her a snack - as long as it's a healthy one!
