Do you want the benefits of a facial without spending a fortune? Use gentle massage to help relax muscles. Use light, sweeping strokes from your eyebrows to your hairline. Then, lightly rub the middle of the face, from nose to temples. Rub from mid-chin along the jawline to your ears. Massage the pressure points on your face - mid-forehead right under the hairline, right between your brows, just outside your brows, just outside the nostril, mid-cheekbone, directly under nose, right under your lips, and mid-chin - each for about 30 seconds in light, circular motions. Finish by gently tapping your entire face.
