Thrifty Thinking: State of Craft

If you're looking for a way to save money on holiday gifts this year, consider crafting them. There are all sorts of resources out there for unique gifts, including the book State of Craft, which has a lot of great-looking crafts clearly explained, with good photos and illustrations. Even if you don't feel like you're very crafty, you can always try something simple like making cards. I just did it at a friends house, and even though my artistic talent is, well, practically non-existent, they turned out quite well!
